Shopping Policy

All our pieces are made-to-order and are packed and handled with care by our team. This ensures that during the shipping process your art arrives in perfect condition.
REPLACEMENT & REPAIR

In the unlikely event that your prints/wallpaper/wall decals arrive damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. If your purchase arrives with any defect, we will arrange a replacement, too. Please contact us within 10 days upon receiving your order should you need any assistance.   

7 DAYS CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS 

We want you to love your purchase. If you do change your mind, we have a 7 day change-of-mind return policy. You can return your art to us within the seven days in exchange for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Please be informed that we can only accept change-of-mind return once for each order placed. For each customer, regardless of the amount of artworks you order, we will only accept change-of-mind return twice within the 12 months period.

All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Orders with standard shipping can be canceled within 12 hours, providing the order hasn't been produced yet. We will charge a 7% administration fee for order cancellation. Orders with express shipping cannot be canceled as they are sent to production as soon as we receive your order.

WARRANTY

All our prints come with lifetime guarantee against fading and warping. The warranty is considered void if the customer didn't follow our care instruction, or the fault/damage was caused by a misusage or accident.

If any fault is found within warranty period please contact us. immediately. You will need to provide photos of the artwork it in condition and we will assess all warranty claims on a case by case basis.
